You may need to reset your cloud save to fix issues caused by corrupted saves or profiles.
Warning: Deleting the cloud save will wipe your logbook permanently as well as custom control profiles and all settings. You will not lose the achievements already unlocked on this profile but progression towards achievements and the logbook information cannot be recovered.
- Go to xbox.com/play and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Select the Manage games tab.
- You’ll see a list of all games you’ve played through cloud gaming over the last 30 days. If the list is blank or you don’t see the game title you’re looking for, launch that game, exit the game and wait 1-2 minutes, and then return to the Manage games tab to see a repopulated list of game titles.
- Select Microsoft Flight Simulator
- Select "Delete Game Saves"
