CHECK THE ACCOUNT AND YOUR PLATFORM
Can't find your DLC? Make sure you're logged in with the account used to purchase the DLC and that you own the DLC on this platform.
- There is no license sharing
- Content purchased on the Marketplace is not shared with other profiles using the same PC or console.
- Marketplace purchases are not cross-platform.
- Even if you own the game on both the Microsoft Store and Steam, you will only be able to access the additional content on the platform used to make the purchase, even if you use the same gamertag on both platforms.
CHECK THE CONTENT MANAGER
If the DLC is missing from your hangar, double-check that the package is installed and up-to-date.
- Restart Microsoft Flight Simulator
- Go to Profile > Content Manager
- Go to Not Installed then check under Update available
- Install/Update the content if necessary
RESTART ONLINE FUNCTIONALITY
- Go to Options > General > Data
- Toggle Online Functionality OFF
- Click on Apply & Save
- Toggle Online Functionality ON
- Click on Apply & Save
CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AND SYSTEM SETTINGS

INSTALL THE XBOX APP
To make sure your permissions for the game can be validated, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the DLC.
- Download & Install the Xbox app from this page: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/pc-games
- Reboot your computer
- Sign in to the Xbox app
REINSTALL GAMING SERVICES
