Below you will find the list of known issues as well as potential workarounds or solutions. 

• Slow download speed and install loops

  • • 09/30/2023 - We have deployed a server-side fix, and our indicators have returned to “green” status. The issue that was affecting downloads/installs of Sim Update 13 should now be fully resolved.
