How to fix sound issues with a bluetooth headset

Check that your Default Recording device is the Bluetooth headset.

  • Open the Control Panel 
  • Select Hardware and Sound
  • Click on Sound then open the Recording tab
  • set the Default Device and Default Communications Device in the recording tab to a standalone microphone or a webcam
