Your Microsoft Flight Simulator code is a one-time use code. If you receive the error message "This code has already been redeemed" when entering your digital code, check out the tips below.
CHECK YOUR XBOX APP LIBRARY
To (re) install a game you own, you don't need to redeem the one-time-use code again; simply sign in to the Xbox app for for Windows PC and the Microsoft Store with the account originally used to redeem the key.
-
- On your Windows device, select Search on the taskbar.
- Type Xbox, and then select the Xbox app from the list.
- If the app isn't installed, you can get it for free from the Microsoft Store
- Sign in with the Microsoft account you originally used to redeem the code
- Go to Library
- Microsoft Flight Simulator and any game you have purchased on the Microsoft Store with this account will be there for you to enjoy.
WAS THE CODE ALREADY REDEEMED WITH A DIFFERENT MICROSOFT ACCOUNT?
Can't find Microsoft Flight Simulator in your library? Make sure you didn’t redeem the code, possibly under a different gamertag or Microsoft account. If you live in a household where others can access your codes, verify that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else.
Warning: If you have purchased a second-hand copy of the boxed version, the previous owner cannot sell the license or the Microsoft Account attached to it. You will need to purchase a game license from the Microsoft Store for yourself.
