WAS THE CODE ALREADY REDEEMED WITH A DIFFERENT MICROSOFT ACCOUNT?
Can't find Microsoft Flight Simulator in your library? Make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code, possibly under a different gamertag or Microsoft account. If you live in a household where others have access to your codes, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else.
Warning: If you have purchased a second-hand copy of the boxed version, the previous owner cannot sell the license or the Microsoft Account attached to it. You will need to purchase a game license from the Microsoft Store for yourself.
SIGN IN TO THE MICROSOFT STORE AND THE XBOX APP
To reinstall Microsoft flight simulator, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the game.
