If you suddenly notice that some or all aircraft are missing aside from two and/or the marketplace & Online Services are greyed out, make sure that:
- You are connected to the internet, and the connection is stable (we recommend using a wired connexion over WiFi)
- Offline mode isn't activated in-game.
- You haven't reached your monthly data limit.
- Digital Ownership is correctly installed/up-to-date in the Microsoft Store app
- You are logged in to the Microsoft Store app with the account used to purchase a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator.
If you're offline or if Digital Ownership isn't installed/up-to-date, you won't be able to authenticate your content. Likewise, only the account used to purchase a copy of the game can use the additional content when using Family sharing.
Finally, once you reach your data limit, all online services turn off.
Note: The data cap will reset at the date you have set up—by default, it should be on the first day of every month unless you have selected a different day.
