How to contact support to get get rid of "error 3"

Error 3 appears in the Content Manager when you trying to install a DLC but are missing entitlements.

To fix this issue, you will need to contact support.

 

  • Click on "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page.submit_a_request_.png
  • When filling out the contact form, select:
    • Contact Microsoft Flight Simulator support
    • MSFS 2020 (40th-anniversary edition)
    • Technical support and gameplay assistance
    • Packages installation issues
  • Click Submit. Our team will manually redeem the missing entitlements as soon as possible.
