The message "Another transaction is still pending. Please wait a few moments, or contact support if the issue persists" appears automatically after when there's a transaction in progress on your account.
THE MESSAGE APPEARED IMMEDIATELY

THE MESSAGE APPEARED AFTER CHECKING YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AND CLICKING "BUY"
If the payment window appeared as seen below and you were prompted to check your payment method and able to click on"buy" to validate the purchase, please do the following.
WAIT
It can take up to a few minutes for the transaction to succeed or fail after you clicked the "Buy" button. Wait a few minutes.
SIGN OUT AND RESTART THE GAME
If the message "purchase failed" didn't appear after a few minutes, sign out and then restart the game.
PC
- Click on your gamertag in the top right corner of the screen
- Click Sign out
- Close the sim and wait a few moments
- Launch the sim again and Sign in
XBOX
- Click on your gamertag in the top right corner of the screen
- Click Sign out
- Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
- Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and select Quit.
- Restart the game.
MORE THAN 72 HOURS
