What is the message "Another transaction is still pending. Please wait a few moments, or contact support if the issue persists"?

Another_transaction_is_still_pending.PNGThe message "Another transaction is still pending. Please wait a few moments, or contact support if the issue persists" appears automatically when there's a transaction in progress on your account. It is not an error message.

 

WAIT 

It can take up to a few minutes for the transaction to succeed or fail. 

 

SIGN OUT AND RESTART THE GAME

If the transaction didn't succeed or failed after a few minutes, sign out then restart the game. 

 

PC

  1. Click on your gamertag in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Click Sign out
  3. Close the sim and wait a few moments
  4. Launch the sim again and Sign in

 

XBOX

  1. Click on your gamertag in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Click Sign out
  3. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
  4. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and select Quit.
  5. Restart the game.

 

MORE THAN 72 HOURS

If the problem persists for at least 72 hours, contact support. For step-by-step instructions, visit the guide All versions - Buy & Download button is grayed out.
