How to fix problems with logbook

MY LAST FLIGHT IS MISSING

When you quit the sim, the logbook information is automatically uploaded to the Xbox Cloud Save. To reduce the risk of corruption or save loss, make sure to quit the game.

PC

1. Press the ESC key until prompted, "Are you sure you want to exit Flight Simulator"?
2. Click "Yes" to upload your save.

XBOX

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
2. Highlight Microsoft Flight Simulator, press the Menu button on your controller, and select Quit.

THE RECENT INFORMATION IS NOT TRACKED

We invite you to disable dev mode and remove mods and add-ons to resume updating your logbook. When using dev mode or add-ons (such as Garmin G100NXi or liveries), the following information is not tracked or recorded:

• Statistics
• Achievements
• Logbook entries
• Bush trip legs
• Airport History

MY LOGBOOK WAS RESET TO ZERO

We are sorry, but we cannot restore your game progress and logbook if your cloud save data is corrupted, overwritten, or not saved properly.
