How to fix missing pre-orders on Xbox

SOME PRE-ORDERS RECEIVED PREMIUM UPGRADE INSTEAD OF PREMIUM DELUXE UPGRADE 

Players who preordered the Deluxe Premium edition but received the Premium upgrade instead have received a message via Xbox Live Messaging with a code to redeem their missing Deluxe content. 

Check your messages from Xbox (on console, Xbox App on PC, or Xbox App on Mobile) to find your code.

 

To open Chats on Xbox Series X|S

  • Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Parties & chats > Chats > Xbox

 

Top open Chats on the Xbox App

  • Launch the Xbox App, select Social > Chats 

 

If you did not receive the code, please contact Xbox Support for further assistance with this issue, as our team does not have access to their tools and cannot send replacement codes.
