Submit a request

You must sign up to submit your request. After clicking submit, check your emails to activate your support account. If your issue is not listed in the knowledge base or hasn't been reported in the forums, use the drop-down menu to select the most appropriate contact form. Fill out the form with as much information as possible as this allows us the best chance of resolving or tracking your issue.

Select the installation platform in the drop-down menu.

Gamertag

[In-game] Your gamertag appears in the top right corner of your screen [Xbox.com] Log into xbox.com with your Microsoft account credentials > Xbox profile

Your Steam ID64 (string of numbers unique to each Steam User - Different from the Steam Username)

Launch Steam > View >Settings > Select Interface. Check the box Display Steam URL address bar when available > Click OK > To view your Steam ID, click on your Steam username

I'm having the following problem

Reference (name & developer) of the DLC

Transaction ID or Order number of purchase

Please copy the Transaction ID or Order number of the purchase

Transaction ID or Order number of purchase #2 (Double charge only)

If you were double charged, please copy the Transaction ID or Order number of the duplicate purchase

Is dev mode activated?

If you were using dev mode when the issue happened, select Yes. If dev mode wasn't activated or if you don't know what dev mode is, select No.
