If you're experiencing loading issues, please do the following:

1. Check your system.

Expired tokens and incorrect or outdated Windows account settings can lead to loading and authentication problems. Begin by reviewing the checklist outlined in this article:

2. Disable your community folder.

After an update, mods and add-ons might become outdated or incompatible with the sim. If issues continue after following the Windows troubleshooting checklist, move or rename your community folder.

  • Close MSFS 2024
  • Navigate to your community folder that is located by default here:
    • Xboxapp/MS Store
      C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community
    • Steam
      C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community
  • You can move the folder to a different location or rename the folder (ex: Community_Test).
