The instructions below only apply to the FIRST use. Once you have redeemed the code, you cannot transfer the code to a different account and you don't need to redeem the code again on the same account. If you have already redeemed a code, see: "This code has already been redeemed" error message instead. Please make sure to note your credentials such as email address and gamertag. HOW TO REDEEM A CODE IN THE MICROSOFT STORE APP |
1. Press the WINDOW key on your keyboard (Windows icon key) and type "Store" to bring up the Microsoft Store app or navigate to the Microsoft Store independently.

Make sure you are logged in with the Microsoft account you want to associate to Microsoft Flight Simulator (click on the icon in the top right-hand side corner of the screen to show the email address)
2. Click on the three-dot menu in the right-hand side corner of the screen. Select 'Redeem a code' from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter your code and select 'Next'
4. On success, you should get a window like below. Select 'Confirm' to add the game to your account

5. Once redeemed, open the three-dots menu again and go to 'My library' and follow the instructions of the Download & Installation guides
HOW TO REDEEM A CODE IN YOUR WEB BROWSER |
1. In a browser, go to Redeem code
2. Enter your credentials on the ‘Sign In’ screen. Make sure to log in with the Microsoft account you want to associate to Microsoft Flight Simulator.

3. Enter the 25-character prepaid code, and then select Redeem.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app
