Purchase issues: The payment window is blank

If the payment pop-up is blank (white or grey box), toggle the "Purchase sign-in" feature in the Xbox app. 

  • Launch the Xbox app
  • Go to Settings > Accounts
  • Toggle "I want to buy without a password, for faster checkout" ON and enter your password.
    • If the option is already ON, toggle it off and on to refresh your choice.
