THE ITEM I PURCHASED WAS REMOVED FROM THE MARKETPLACE
Some add-ons can be de-listed at the request of our partners. When that is the case, they are removed from the Marketplace. However, the packages remain available to download and use by anyone who purchased them previously.
To reinstall the content, please do the following:
- Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator
- Go to Profile > Content Manager
- In the search bar type "name of the add-on"
- Select the package then click on Download Selected to install it.
However, if the content was removed because it is not working properly, you can request a refund.
- Click on Submit a request
- Select Purchase issues then I need a refund for an item that was removed from the marketplace
- Fill out the form then click Submit
CAN I REQUEST A REFUND FOR CONTENT I REGRET PURCHASING?
You can't request a refund. Marketplace purchases are not refundable unless the DLC was removed from the Marketplace at the creator's request. If your addon was removed from Xbox, contact our support, otherwise, contact the developer of the addon.

Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours. Even if you fall outside of the refund rules we've described, you can submit a request and we'll take a look at it.
