CAN I REQUEST A REFUND FOR CONTENT I REGRET PURCHASING?
You cannot request a refund for Marketplace purchases you have received, except when the DLC was removed from Marketplace at the creator's request.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND FOR A DLC REMOVED FROM THE MARKETPLACE?
At the request of our partners, some add-ons may be de-listed from the Marketplace. However, previous purchasers can still download and use these packages. To reinstall the content, please do the following:
- Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator
- Go to Profile > Content Manager
- In the search bar, type "name of the add-on"
- Select the package, then click on Download Selected to install it.
However, if the content was removed because it is not working properly, please submit a request.
When filling out the contact form, select the following options:
- Contact Microsoft Flight Simulator support
- Marketplace and purchase issues
- I need a refund for an item that was removed from the marketplace

Our support team can assist with missing purchases or duplicate charges.
