Please be aware that the Microsoft Flight Simulator team is not equipped to handle requests regarding the Microsoft Store and Steam account & billing systems. This includes purchases made on the Microsoft Store, Steam, and via the Marketplace.


To request a refund or a cancellation we invite you to contact the retailer you purchased your copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator/the additional content from.

Here is Steam's refund policy: How to request a refund

Valve will, upon request via, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours. Even if you fall outside of the refund rules we've described, you can submit a request and we'll take a look at it.
