CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?
Game & Preorders - Refunds and cancellations are subject to the store's refund policies (See below).
Marketplace purchases - Marketplace purchases are not refundable.
MISSING PURCHASE & DUPLICATE CHARGES
The Microsoft Flight Simulator cannot refund or cancel a transaction but we can assist with missing purchases or duplicate charges.
- If you have been charged but didn't receive a marketplace purchase, visit My account was charged but I haven't received my marketplace purchase instead.
- If you have been charged twice for the same marketplace purchase, visit I've been charged twice for the same Marketplace purchase instead.

To request a refund of the game or cancellation of your preorder, we invite you to contact the retailer you purchased your copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator from.

Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours. Even if you fall outside of the refund rules we've described, you can submit a request and we'll take a look at it.
