The Buy and Download button is grayed out when there's a transaction in progress on your account.
Whether the purchase succeeds or fails the button Buy & Download should become available within a few minutes. If the button remains grayed out for more than 72 hours, please contact support. Our team will cancel the transaction.
|PURCHASE PENDING ON STEAM|
If the notification "Purchase pending" appears in the top right corner of the transaction screen but nothing happens, you might need to enable or restart the Steam Overlay. See our dedicated article: Error "Purchase pending" on Steam
|RESTART THE GAME|
If you click on purchase and nothing happens, close Microsoft Flight Simulator, wait a few minutes then restart the game. The Buy and Download button should become available again.
|CONTACT SUPPORT AFTER 72 HOURS|
If you restarted the game and waited 72 hours but the Buy and Download button remains grayed out, please contact support.
1. Click on "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page.
2. In the drop-down menu "How can we help", select "I have an issue with a purchase".
3. Under "I'm having the following problem" select from the drop-down menu "The Buy & Download button is grayed out"
